The LK-27 is our 2.7T lift capacity dual cylinder full platform hoist used for parking and storage of two sedans or SUV’s for both residential or commercial purposes. The dual cylinder feature gives improved stability and smoother performance over the single cylinder chain drive model and hence may be better suited for commercial or heavy use. These days when space is at a premium and with most existing and planned inner city fringe dwellings having limited parking space for only one vehicle per unit, the Bay Parking Hoist is the only answer !

Quickly and effortlessly park, raise and store one vehicle on top of the other, and when you’re ready to go it’s just a press of a button to lower the lift to access the vehicle above to then drive out.

As the hoist moves vertically the bottom vehicle needs to be removed to then lower and access the vehicle above. The system is hydraulically driven and fully electronic with a secure key control positioned on an extended control arm to operate the lift without you being under the platform.
The hoist incorporates dynamic mechanical locks and built-in anti fail devices to safely hold the platform in place, and an automatic shut-off if the operator releases the key switch. There’s a manual lock release available in case of electricity failure so you’re not left stranded, and the platforms can be locked in at different heights for various vehicles and ceiling heights.

These hoists can also be positioned side-by-side (Unit A + Unit B … see below) to accommodate several parked vehicles and in doing so share a common middle post (Unit B) that saves both cost and space.
