Overview
Lift King’s “Base On Floor” Car Hoists are just about as popular as our Clear Floor range due to their versatility regarding height and vehicle serviceability. Lower post height makes the floor bar hoists more suitable for lower ceiling heights and because there’s no crossbar at the top they are more suitable for servicing the taller 4WD or commercial vans.
With a low 90mm pad height, single point manual safe lock release, asymmetric arm configuration, low profile narrow base plate and an assortment of stackable adapters as standard equipment the Base On Floor car lifts represent excellent value for money and a great choice.

The Lift King 7/2-Post 4.0T is perfect for the home garage, is more price budget orientated but still more than capable of comfortably lifting the standard 4WD vehicle.
The Lift King 9/2-Post Pro 4.0T is built “extra tough” for heavy duty commercial workshop use. It adopts thicker gauge 6mm steel, has heavier components, is slightly wider and lifts slightly higher.
We suggest a minimum ceiling height of 3300mm and a minimum 100mm solid reinforced concrete base. Optional extra Base Plate Extension Kits are available for added security if you feel your base is not sturdy enough or if you’re not sure of its depth.
